Building governance for the next stage
As part of the Tech4Regen 2026 program, EAPOSYS has been selected to receive the id est avocats Governance Award, following a competitive application process.
The award recognizes EAPOSYS’ efforts to build governance into the company’s development from an early stage. The jury highlighted several elements, including embedding the company’s mission in its constitutional documents, establishing conflict-of-interest mechanisms, actively recruiting independent Board members ahead of the next financing round, seeking mission-aligned investors, and managing stakeholders across EAPOSYS’ partnerships and entities.
From foundations to practice
The award comes at an important moment for EAPOSYS. As we prepare for our next financing and development phase, our governance structures must evolve alongside the company.
The prize provides 10 hours of dedicated advisory support from id est avocats, helping us further develop our financing and governance framework in line with our business and impact ambitions.
