Selected for the IMD Startup Competition

In early 2025, EAPOSYS was selected for the IMD Startup Competition, joining 12 other ventures chosen to collaborate with IMD’s full-time MBA class.

Refining the EAPOSYS Business Model

Over two months, a team of six MBA participants worked with EAPOSYS on market positioning, stakeholder mapping and business-model development. The collaboration helped refine our revenue model around AGS services, technology licensing and project structuring.

The collaboration continued with Marcelo Fleury Fina Speretta, who joined EAPOSYS for a summer internship and developed an installation-level financial model that became an important building block of our broader financial framework.

A big thank you to Somerset Jarvis, Padmaja Muralidharan, Ronald Omores, Ashton Songer Ferguson, Marcelo Speretta and Fang Yuan for their commitment, fresh perspectives and valuable contribution to EAPOSYS’ journey.
